Additional bugs present when attempting to interact with the items. (Nope nevermind, it's broken again, it seems itemducts REALLY don't like filing cabinets.Crafting Stations initially do not seem to see the contents of a Filing Cabinet from Real Filing Cabinets, but upon attempting to interact with a slot that you know has a folder with contents the items contained in the folders temporarily appear in the interface in the slots. Then placing it back on the itemduct and adding all the folders back in again. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong?ĮDIT: Issue 1 seems a bit random, I've just tried taking all the folders out and completely removing the cabinet. I might just go back to the shipping container, I can't seem to get filing cabinets to work properly. They input fine, great! However, everything now outputs as Osmium acorns.!! This effectively allows you to easily mass convert acorns into other acorns.!? This seems like a pretty major bug, I'm sure you could abuse this further with other types of items too.!! I then added the OreDict upgrade and added a few other acorns. I removed all folders from the filing cabinet except one, which contained osmium acorns. Someone mentioned online that an OreDict upgrade is pretty insane in the filing cabinets as then you can just put everything into one folder. So if my filing cabinet has copper acorns, dirt acorns and lapis acorns, whichever of those folders I put in last is what the itemducts will input, everything else won't input at all (even if there's a folder for it). However it seems itemducts will only input whatever the last folder you put in. My filing cabinet has 6 or so folders in it for different acorns. So I swapped out some of the crates in the shipping container for a filing cabinet. This was working well, but after experimenting more, I discovered the filing cabinet mod and figured that each filing cabinet was effectively just 8 crates in one (with virtually infinite storage), 'Wow!' I thought. Initially I went with shipping containers with lots of crates inside them, each crate for a different item. I've got the bonsai's outputting into itemducts which then carry the items to some kind of storage hooked up to a simple storage network. I have been experimenting with a few different ways of storing all the bonsai output - logs, sticks, acorns, leaves and resin. I've played SF4 for a few hours now and I'm currently trying to get a good number of hopping bonsai trees going for lots of different types of resources.
